Job summary

Essity is seeking an experienced Wound Care Sales Specialist to manage and grow the Advanced Wound Care portfolio across Central Texas. The role covers Acute Care, Surgical Areas, and Wound Care Centers, with a focus on driving territory sales, expanding into alternate sites of care, and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

This remote position requires living in the San Antonio area, willingness to travel 25–35%, and the ability to develop strong clinician relationships, communicate product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years outside sales experience in healthcare preferred.
• Experience in wound care or surgical markets a plus.
• Self-motivated, independent, competitive and a team player.
• Overnight travel 25-35% expected.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets across acute care, surgical areas and wound care centers.
• Communicate clinical and product knowledge effectively.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders in targeted accounts.
• Collaborate with clinicians to shape product choices.
• Support contract implementations and GPO/IDN awards.
• Maintain and expand penetration in existing accounts.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and timely.
