Job summary

Healogics Wound Care & Hyperbaric Services LLC is seeking an LPN to support wound care centers under the direction of an RN or Provider. You will provide wound-related nursing care following policy and CMS guidelines.

Responsibilities include vein clinic assistance, data collection, and potential case-management support. A valid LPN/LVN license and BLS competency are required; prior wound care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Two or more years of LPN/LVN experience; wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound-related patient care under RN/Provider supervision.
• Assist in vein clinic and intake/discharge as trained.
• Gather patient information and equipment for RN/Provider.
• Report quality of care issues to Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Perform hyperbaric therapy-related duties after training.
• Communicate with team to ensure quality of care.
