Job summary

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in state of practice.
• Two+ years of LPN/LVN experience, preferably in SNF or LTACH.
• BLS certification required.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound-related patient care under RN/provider.
