Job summary

Healogics Wound Care Center in the United States seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide wound-related care under the direction of an RN or Provider. The role includes potential hyperbaric therapy duties after training, along with intake support and collaboration across the care team.

Requirements include an active LPN/LVN license, 2+ years of LPN experience (1+ year in SNF/LTACH), BLS, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an active LPN/LVN license.
• Minimum 2 years as LPN/LVN, including 1+ year in SNF/LTACH setting.
• Wound care experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound-related patient care under RN/Provider direction per approved protocols.
• Assist in vein clinic tasks and intake/discharge as trained.
• Support case management under RN supervision and document care.
• Gather patient information and prepare necessary equipment.
• Report quality-of-care issues to Nurse Manager; communicate with the team.
• Perform hyperbaric oxygen therapy duties after hyperbaric training.
