Applicants should hold an active LPN/LVN license in the practice state and have at least two years of experience, preferably in SNF or LTACH settings with wound care experience.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (to maintain throughout employment).
• Two or more years’ experience as LPN/LVN, including SNF/LTACH setting; wound care experience preferred.

• Provide wound-related patient care under RN/Provider direction.
• Assist in vein clinic as trained; assist with intake and discharge.
• Report quality of care issues to Clinical Nurse Manager; communicate with team.
