Healogics is the leading provider of advanced wound care in the United States, serving with over 600 sites. This role supports RNs and providers, performing wound care, vein clinic tasks and hyperbaric therapy duties after related training to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Candidates are LPN/LVN with 2+ years of experience (SNF/LTACH preferred) and a current state license. The position requires strong organization, communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced care setting.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN/LVN license in state of practice.
• Two or more years' experience as LPN/LVN, including at least 1 year in SNF or LTACH.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide wound care under RN/provider per protocols.
• Assist in vein clinic after Healogics training.
• Assist with patient intake and discharge.
• Support case management under RN direction.
• Gather patient information and equipment.
• Report quality concerns to Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Communicate with team about interventions.
• Perform hyperbaric therapy duties after training.
• May serve as documentation assistant.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
