Job summary

Healogics Wound Care & Hyperbaric Services LLC in Fort Worth, TX seeks an experienced LPN/LVN to provide wound care under RN supervision. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program/state approved educational program.
• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice -to maintain throughout the duration of employment in the position.
• Two (2) or more years’ experience as LPN/LVN, to include one (1) or more years in SNF or LTACH setting.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under RN/provider direction, provide wound-related patient care per BLS and hospital protocols.
• Assist in vein clinic as assigned after relevant training.
• May assist with case management under RN direction.
• Gather patient information and necessary equipment for RN/provider.
• Report quality of care issues to Clinical Nurse Manager and communicate with team members.
