Job summary

The Wound Care Center at Healogics is seeking an experienced LPN to provide wound care under the supervision of an RN or Provider. You will follow hospital policies and participate in patient assessment, documentation, and care planning in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound-related patient care under RN/Provider guidance per BLS and hospital protocols.
• Assist in vein clinic after Healogics Vein Clinic training.
• May assist with intake and discharge.
• May provide case management support under RN guidance per state regulations.
• Gather patient information and necessary equipment for care.
• Report quality of care issues to Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Communicate with team regarding therapeutic interventions.
• Perform hyperbaric oxygen therapy-related duties after training.
• May perform hyperbaric safety director duties after training.
• May serve as Documentation Assistant as needed.
• Perform other duties as delegated.
