Job summary

Smith+Nebhew is seeking an Account Manager within our Advanced Wound Management (AWM) team to drive territory growth and partner with healthcare providers to deliver our wound care solutions. This field-based role focuses on educating clinicians and building lasting relationships across acute and post-acute settings.

You will promote the portfolio, identify opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven sales experience in medical devices, healthcare or related field.
• Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Promote the full Advanced Wound Management portfolio across patient populations
• Educate clinicians and healthcare staff on clinical and economic value
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
• Identify new business opportunities and drive product adoption
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support account growth
• Deliver in-services, product demonstrations, and educational programs
