Job summary

Smith+Neb is seeking an Account Manager for the Advanced Wound Management (AWM) team. This field-based role drives territory growth, supports clinical education, and builds lasting partnerships across acute and post-acute settings with our wound care portfolio.

You will develop strategic territory plans, educate clinicians on clinical and economic value, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate product adoption while improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in sales, preferably within medical device, healthcare, or a related field.
• Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Promote the full Advanced Wound Management portfolio, addressing a wide range of wound care needs across patient populations.
• Educate clinicians and healthcare staff on the clinical and economic value of Smith+Neb solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including clinicians, nursing staff, and purchasing stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive product adoption within existing and new accounts.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support account growth and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver in-services, product demonstrations, and educational programs to support best practices in wound care.
