Job summary

Smith+Nepphew is seeking an Account Manager for Advanced Wound Management (AWM) to drive field-based sales, grow territory, educate clinicians, and build lasting partnerships across acute and post-acute care settings.

You will promote the full portfolio of advanced wound care solutions, collaborate with healthcare providers, and deliver in-services and product demonstrations to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in sales in medical devices or healthcare.
• Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to translate clinical and economic value.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Experience managing territory, pipeline, and sales planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Promote the Advanced Wound Management portfolio to meet diverse wound care needs.
• Educate clinicians on clinical and economic value of Smith+Nepphew solutions.
• Build relationships with clinicians, nursing staff, and purchasers.
• Identify new opportunities and drive product adoption within accounts.
• Partner cross-functionally to support account growth and satisfaction.
• Deliver in-services, demonstrations, and educational programs.
