Job summary

Healogics LLC is seeking a Patient Navigator to manage front office functions in a dynamic outpatient wound care center. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and handle data entry to support care teams.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior medical coding experience is a plus, and a GED or higher is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two or more years office administration experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Prior medical coding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Center leadership to maximize daily patient census.
• Greet patients and visitors; answer and route calls to staff.
• Maintain patient communication needs including scheduling and reminders.
• Enter data in appropriate databases and manage patient charges.
• Assemble and file patient charts; ensure data completeness and signatures.
