Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of office administration experience, preferably in a medical setting; prior medical coding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Center leadership to maximize daily patient census.
• Greet patients and visitors and route calls to staff.
• Schedule, reschedule, and send appointment reminders.
• Obtain and verify patient insurance information, including pre-certifications.
• Enter patient charges and assist with data documentation for providers.
