Smith+ Nephew in Massachusetts is seeking an Account Manager for NPWT to grow our wound care business. You will call on wound care centers and post-acute facilities to promote Pico and Renasys systems, and you will deliver compelling presentations to key decision-makers.

You will build lasting relationships, manage a multi-point sales process, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed territory goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of B2B or medical sales experience.
• Proven ability to present key concepts to customers in formal and informal settings.
• Strong analytical skills including pipeline management and territory analysis.
• Experience selling with multiple call points and decision makers within an account.
• Professional training program experience (e.g., Challenger Selling).

Aufgaben

• Generate territory plan of action to attain and achieve territory sales goals.
• Call on post-acute care facilities to promote Pico™, Renasys™, and other products.
• Educate end users on the clinical benefits of Smith+ Nephew products.
• Deliver sales presentations to key customers and groups; conduct product lunches and dinners.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers, decision-makers and thought leaders.
