Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking an Account Manager for NPWT to drive growth in the OR and acute care segments. You will promote Pico and Renasys, educate clinicians on product benefits, and deliver compelling presentations to physicians and administrators across hospital networks.

You will develop territory plans, manage accounts, and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders to achieve sales targets while representing Smith+Nephew’s values and driving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B or medical sales experience, preferably in OR.
• Ability to present concepts to customers in formal and informal settings.
• Strong analytical skills for pipeline, territory analysis, and complex sales processes.
• Experience selling in environments with multiple call points and decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Generate territory plan of action to attain and achieve territory sales goals.
• Call on acute care facilities to promote Pico™, Renasys™ and other products.
• Educate end users on clinical benefits of Smith+Nephew products.
• Deliver sales presentations to key customers and groups; conduct product luncheons and dinners.
• Build business through relationships with customers, decision-makers and thought leaders.
