Job summary

Smith+Nebhew is seeking an Account Manager for NPWT to drive growth in OR and acute care facilities across the territory. You will promote Pico and Renasys, deliver clinical education, and build strong relationships with decision-makers to expand market share.

You will lead territory planning, present products, and collaborate with hospital teams to meet aggressive sales goals while navigating complex purchasing processes in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree obtained.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B or medical sales experience, preferably in OR.
• Proven ability to present concepts to customers in formal/informal settings.
• Strong pipeline/territory management and analytics skills.
• Experience selling in accounts with multiple call points and decision-makers.
• Professional training program experience (e.g., Challenger Selling).

Responsibilities

• Generate territory plan of action to attain territory sales goals.
• Call on acute care facilities to promote Pico and Renasys.
• Educate end users on clinical benefits of Smith+Nephew products.
• Deliver sales presentations to key customers and groups; conduct product lunches/dinners.
• Build business by maintaining relationships with customers, decision-makers and thought leaders.
