Job summary

Smith+Nephew's Life Unlimited team is seeking an Account Manager for NPWT to drive growth across our wound care centers and post-acute facilities. You will present Pico and Renasys products, develop territory plans, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of B2B or medical sales experience, plus the ability to educate clinicians and deliver compelling product presentations in both formal and informal settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B or medical sales experience.
• Ability to present concepts to customers in formal and informal settings.
• Strong analytical skills for pipeline and territory management.
• Experience selling with multiple call points and decision makers.
• Professional training experience (e.g., Challenger Selling).

Responsibilities

• Generate territory plan of action to attain and achieve territory sales goals.
• Call on post acute care facilities to promote Pico™, Renasys™, and other products.
• Educate end users on the clinical benefits of Smith+ Nephew products.
• Deliver sales presentations and conduct product lunches and dinners for identified customer groups.
• Build your business through relationships with key customers, decision-makers and thought leaders.
