Compass is seeking a Workplace Operations & Facilities Lead to ensure operational excellence for our Los Angeles area offices. You will oversee vendor relations, budget and logistics, and provide security and resource management to support agents and staff.

This 100% onsite role requires strong problem-solving, meticulous data handling, and collaboration with regional partners. Travel up to 25–30% is expected, with competitive compensation and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in workplace operations or facilities management at a high level.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills for rapid facilities solutions.
• Meticulous attention to data, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with regional partners.
• Willingness to travel 25–30% and onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Resolve vendor repair and maintenance facilities issues.
• Communicate with Property Managers and Landlords for repairs.
• Manage utility accounts and quarterly reporting.
• Lead Keycard Inventory Management and security support.
• Oversee copier/postage fleet leases, invoicing and escalations.
• Ensure invoice compliance through PO creation and credit card reconciliation.
• Maintain vendor data and fixed expenses, contracts.
• Approve punchout orders over threshold and onboard new office leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and regional teams.
• Support vendor onboarding with Accounts Payable and resolve disputes.
• Source vendors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective operations.
• Maintain up-to-date Workplace Operations resources and SOPs.
