Compass is seeking a Workplace Operations & Facilities Lead in Miami to ensure operational excellence for local teams and agents. You will manage complex facilities issues, vendor relationships, and internal resources that enable a world-class workspace.

The role requires 25%–30% travel, 100% onsite work in Miami, and strong leadership in budgeting, logistics, and property management communications. Join a fast-growing real estate platform focused on a premier employee experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or a high-level hospitality/operations role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for quick facilities solutions.
• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized data and vendor management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for partnering with regional leaders and external property managers.
• Experience with enterprise technology and systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve vendor repair and maintenance facilities issues.
• Coordinate with Property Managers and Landlords for necessary repairs.
• Manage utility accounts and conduct quarterly reporting.
• Lead Keycard Inventory Management and security support including access control systems.
• Oversee copier/postage fleet lease services, invoicing, and lease obligations.
• Support vendor onboarding and accounts payable processes.
• Maintain vendor data, fixed expenses and contracts.
• Collaborate with regional partners on onboarding office leaders and workflows.
