Job summary

WisdomAI, a San Francisco-based AI-powered analytics company, seeks a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting. You will work with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product Marketing to execute territory plans and campaigns, while learning how AI enhances outreach and selling.

You will use Claude, Wisdom.ai, and other AI tools to research companies, tailor messages, and plan calls.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of SDR/BDR/outbound prospecting experience preferred.
• Strong cold‑calling skills and confidence speaking with business professionals.
• Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM.
• Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Orum, Amplemarket, Outreach, Apollo).
• Experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to boost productivity.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time management.
• Full-time work from our San Francisco office.

Responsibilities

• Execute a call-first outbound strategy with disciplined prospecting.
• Maintain high daily call activity and multi-touch outreach.
• Engage prospects to uncover priorities and create opportunities.
• Navigate objections and gatekeepers professionally.
• Consistently generate qualified meetings and opportunities.
• Partner with Account Executives to prioritize target accounts.
• Support marketing campaigns and events and AI-enabled selling.
• Generate pipeline through discovery, qualification, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot.
