Job summary

Service Partners is seeking a customer service professional to act as the branch's primary customer contact, handling orders and product information. You will work with sales, production, credit and delivery to ensure accurate fulfillment.

A positive, professional attitude and strong communication are essential for delivering world-class service. The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, basic math skills, and a valid driver's license if driving is required for the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information.
• Work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Insides Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
• Perform other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
