Job summary

Service Partners is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to be the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information to customers. You will work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Customer Service, Credit and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process and deliver world class service.

Minimum 18 years old; valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes; 1–2 years of customer service or inside sales experience; and the

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or inside sales role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for our branch and provide order support.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales, Production, Customer Service, Credit, and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
• Proficient computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests and system generated acknowledgements.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
