Service Partners is seeking a customer-focused professional to act as the branch's main contact for order support and product information. You will work closely with sales, production and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

The role requires strong communication, basic math and computer skills, plus a positive, proactive attitude and reliable reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with basic math skills.
• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support orders.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world class service.
• Handle routine tasks and assist with other duties as assigned.
