Job summary

Service Partners in Columbus, OH is seeking a customer service oriented professional to act as the main contact for the branch. You will support orders, provide product information, and work closely with Outside Sales, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, basic math skills, and strong communication abilities. A valid driver’s license is required if you operate a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch and provide order support and product information
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service
• Perform duties as assigned
