SPI is seeking a customer-focused professional to act as the branch's primary customer contact. You will support orders and provide product information, working closely with sales, production, credit, and delivery teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, problem-solving, and strong computer skills to review dealer orders and system-generated acknowledgments. Local travel is expected, with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and provide world-class service.
• Handle analytics and problem-solving tasks related to customer orders.
• Process dealer orders and acknowledgements using computer systems.
