Job summary

Service Partners is seeking a customer-focused team member to act as the branch’s primary contact for order support and product information. You will work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.

You will maintain a positive rapport with customers and provide world-class service, handling basic math tasks and communicating effectively in writing and speech.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Friendly, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
