QXO is seeking a customer service professional to serve as the main contact for our branch, handling order support and product information for customers. You will work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, problem solving, and proficiency with order processing systems. A friendly, team‑oriented attitude and the ability to perform basic math are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Proficient computer skills to process orders and review information.
