Job summary

Service Partners in Missouri is seeking a customer service oriented professional to be the key contact for our branch, handling order support and product information while collaborating with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Insides Sales, Credit and Delivery.

The role requires a positive, professional attitude, basic math, strong communication, and a willingness to travel locally (<10%).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• 1- 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide order support and product information for customers at the branch.
• Work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Insides Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain positive rapport with customers and deliver world class service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
