Job summary

SPI is seeking a customer-facing professional to serve as the branch’s key contact, supporting orders and providing product information. Work with sales, production, and credit teams to ensure timely fulfillment and outstanding service.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, basic math, and strong communication skills. Local travel is possible; a valid driver’s license is needed for company vehicle use.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world‑class service
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service, analytics and problem-solving skills
• Use computer systems to process dealer orders, requests and system-generated acknowledgements
• Perform any other duties as assigned
