Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Respond to needs by providing guidance and assistance as required.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors.
• Adhere to Caliber’s SOPs, insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.
