Job summary

Caliber Collision in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, determine needs and guide them through repairs. You will assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, and preparing paperwork while delivering world-class service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Eligible for company insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Assist Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/marking, and photographing.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
• Adhere to Caliber’s SOPs, insurance partner requirements and industry standards.
