Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or on the phone, determine their needs, and respond with guidance. You will support Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping and photographing vehicles, and coordinating transportation.

You’ll prepare paperwork, deliver updates to customers, and communicate with teammates and vendors to ensure accurate, timely repairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience (sales a plus).
• Valid driver's license and eligible for company insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone, identify their needs, and provide guidance.
• Assist collision estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles.
