Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, assess their needs, and provide guidance as required. You will support Collision Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/marking, photos, transportation, and paperwork, while delivering outstanding service and adhering to SOPs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare necessary paperwork.
• Perform active customer deliveries and ensure timely communications with customers, clients, teammates and vendors.
