Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant in Florida to welcome customers, identify needs, and guide them through the repair process. You will support Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, vehicle mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles, while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Ability to provide personable, world-class customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation, prepare paperwork and perform active customer deliveries.
• Communicate with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs.
