Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant at our Sarasota, FL service center. You will greet customers in person or on the phone, determine needs, and deliver guidance while supporting Collision Estimators with vehicle drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing, and coordinating transportation.

You’ll also prepare paperwork and handle customer deliveries while ensuring clear communication with customers, teammates and vendors.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance, coordinating with stakeholders as required.
• Assist Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare required paperwork.
• Perform active customer deliveries and communicate with customers, clients, teammates and vendors.
