Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant in Tampa to greet customers, assess needs, and guide them through the repair process. You will support Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping and photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, and handling paperwork for repairs.

You will communicate with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure accurate, timely repairs while following Caliber's SOPs and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and identify their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping, and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for repairs.
• Communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure smooth repairs.
• Deliver updates and ensure adherence to SOPs and industry guidelines.
