You will support estimators with vehicle drops, documentation, and deliveries, while communicating with customers and vendors to ensure smooth repairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, and preparing paperwork
