Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant at the Franklin service center. You will greet customers in person or by phone, determine their needs, and respond with guidance and assistance to ensure smooth repairs.

Responsibilities include assisting Estimators, handling vehicle drop-offs and deliveries, photographing vehicles, and coordinating transportation, while adhering to Caliber’s procedures and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers and coordinate with Estimators as required.
• Assist with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, and arranging customer transportation.
• Prepare paperwork and perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors.
