Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Consultant who greets customers, determines needs, and provides guidance to ensure efficient repairs. The role supports estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping, photographing, and arranging transport, while handling paperwork and active deliveries.

Expect clear communication with customers, teammates, and vendors to uphold Caliber’s standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for our insurance policy.
• Able to deliver personable, friendly “World Class” customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers as required.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure smooth repairs.
