Job summary

Caliber Collision in Rossford, OH is hiring a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, determine needs, and provide guidance for vehicle repairs. You will assist collision estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, and arrange transportation.

Prepare paperwork and ensure smooth communication with customers, teammates and vendors. The role requires 2+ years of customer-facing experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers and vendors as required
• Assist collision estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for active deliveries
• Communicate clearly with customers, teammates and clients to ensure smooth repairs
