Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant in Orlando to greet customers in person or by phone, determine their needs, and respond with guidance. You will assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, and preparing required paperwork.

You will deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining Caliber’s standards and working with teammates and vendors to ensure smooth repairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers as required.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Perform active customer deliveries and communicate with customers, teammates and vendors.
