Job summary

Caliber Collision in Seymour is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers and determine their needs, providing guidance to ensure efficient repairs. You will support Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, and preparing paperwork.

You will deliver world‑class service, communicate with customers, clients, teammates and vendors, and adhere to SOPs and industry guidelines in a fast‑paced production shop with

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs
• Respond with guidance and assistance to customers as required
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork
• Perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors
• Adhere to Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partner and industry guidelines/standards
