Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Customer Service Consultant in Bowling Green, OH. You will greet customers in person or by phone, determine needs, and respond with guidance.

You’ll assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping, photographing vehicles, and preparing paperwork while coordinating transportation and deliveries. You will communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure timely, compliant repairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Ability to do physical activity (reach, bend, squat) and lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Provide personable, friendly World Class customer service to internal and external customers.
• Able to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and identify their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for repairs.
• Perform active customer deliveries and communicate with customers, teammates, and vendors.
• Ensure repairs follow SOPs, insurance partner guidelines, and industry standards.

JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Customer Service Consultant to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to properly greeting customers in person or on the phone, determine their needs, and immediately respond by providing guidance and assistance as required, assisting Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging customer transportation, preparing paperwork and performing active customer deliveries while effectively communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs while adhering to all Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
