Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles; prepare paperwork.
• Arrange customer transportation and perform active customer deliveries; communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure timely repairs.
