Caliber Collision in Chattanooga, East is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, determine needs, and provide guidance as required. You will assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/marking and photographing, and arrange customer transportation while handling paperwork and deliveries.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, teamwork, and adherence to Caliber’s SOPs and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers and colleagues
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork
• Communicate with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct repairs and timely deliveries
