Job summary

Caliber Collision in Alcoa, TN is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, determine their needs, and provide guidance to support fast, high-quality repairs. You will assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, preparing paperwork and delivering vehicles while upholding Caliber’s procedures.

A valid driver’s license and 2+ years of customer-facing experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Respond with guidance and assistance to facilitate repairs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
