Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, assess needs, and provide guidance to ensure efficient repairs. You will support Collision Estimators, handle drop-offs, map/photograph vehicles, arrange transportation, and prepare paperwork while communicating with customers, teammates and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production shop.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver world-class customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers and communicate with estimators.
• Handle drop-offs, map/mark and photograph vehicles, arrange transportation, and prepare paperwork.
• Deliver customer products/services while maintaining clear communication with customers, teammates and vendors.
