Caliber Collision in Alcoa, TN is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, assess needs and guide them through the repair process. You will support Collision Estimators, handle drop-offs, photos, paperwork, and arrange transportation while delivering world-class service.

This full-time role requires 2+ years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver’s license, and reliability in a fast-paced shop environment.

Competenze

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Eligible for company insurance coverage.

Mansioni

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Respond with guidance and assistance to ensure smooth repairs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, and preparing paperwork.
• Arrange customer transportation and perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, teammates and vendors.
