Job summary

Caliber is seeking a Customer Service Consultant at our Chattanooga East Service Center to greet customers in person or by phone, determine needs, and provide guidance. You will assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping, photographing vehicles, arranging transportation and completing paperwork for timely repairs.

You'll communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure accurate, efficient service, while following Caliber’s SOPs, insurance partner requirements and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs
• Provide guidance and assistance as required
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping, marking and photographing vehicles
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork
• Perform active customer deliveries and communicate with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs
