Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Deliver active customer service and communicate with customers, teammates and vendors for efficient repairs.
